The January 2013 edition of Cheshire and Lancashire Bride magazine features an article about the wedding of Chris and Michelle Kelly at The Lowry, Salford, where I was the photographer.
Written by Michelle, the 3 page piece displays over 10 images from the day. You can see some examples from this wedding on the next page.
The Lowry is a spectacular arts and entertainment centre with superb facilities for weddings and civil partnerships and I am one of only two recommended photographers on The Lowry website, as you can see here.
Wedding, Civil Partnership, portrait and location photographs that won't cost the earth.
I love taking photographs and have been lucky enough to turn a hobby into something more.
I started photographing weddings and civil partnerships for family and friends as a hobby and a favour, having taught the subject years ago. When people saw the work, some asked me to do the same for them, and so it has grown, mainly through recommendation. Since then I’ve photographed artists, travel guides (Time Out photographer for Manchester and Berlin) and taken private commissions for portraits and events.
Ceremonies The cost of a good wedding and civil partnership photographer can be a major expense - prints, albums, extra copies for family...
I’ll give you at least 250 colour and black & white images on a disc for you to copy and print as many times as you like, plus a hardback album of the very best photographs if you wish.
Portraits and Landscapes On this site you’ll find examples of all different types of my work such as location work and portraits, including those I have worked on for international artists Maggi Hambling and Spencer Tunick, as well as singer David McAlmont. I also work on community based projects, often for free, including the Age Concern exhibition, Gentlemen Of A Certain Age, in 2012.
